Overview
Contribute to the effective implementation of the TiSSTAT project by supporting budget automation, country assessments, database development, technical coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to technical experts during project implementation
- Support the design and delivery of country trainings
- Support experts during installation and deployment in partner countries
- Coordinate with national statistical offices and target countries
- Support in the organization of the data cleaning workshop and participate in technical and coordination meetings; prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up notes
- Support project management and monitoring of ongoing activities
- Track progress across multiple workstreams and contribute to internal coordination
- Organize internal meetings, planning sessions, and team activities
- Support the manager in the preparation of visual materials for meetings and briefings
- Contribute to the drafting of meeting reports and analytical summaries
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, data analysis, and project monitoring or follow-up, preferably in an international or regional development context is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools, Zoom Teams, is required.
- Work experience with financial reporting, budget tracking, or data entry is desirable.
- Familiarity with organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and supporting workshops or training sessions is desirable.
Qualifications
An advanced university degree, Master, in finance, economics, statistics, international relations, development studies, public administration or a related field is required.
