Overview

Support the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports in developing draft legislative acts and policies in the field of child online safety in and around schools, including on the use of digital devices in educational settings.

Required Experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the legal/policy field
  • Demonstrated experience in research
  • Proven experience in drafting and/or reviewing legislative acts and policy documents
  • Strong knowledge of Armenian legislation, particularly related to children, families, and education
  • Knowledge of international frameworks on child online safety and digital rights in education (UNESCO, Council of Europe, EU frameworks)
  • Knowledge of the CRC, CRPD and other relevant international legal instruments
  • Familiarity with the Armenian education system and its regulatory environment
  • Previous experience working with UN agencies, including UNICEF, is an asset
Qualifications
  • Law (advanced degree at Masters level or above)
  • Human rights/child rights
  • Education policy
