Overview
Produce audiovisual materials to support regional engagement and participation in the World Urban Forum (WUF13), amplifying voices and experiences from Latin America and the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit audiovisual materials including interviews and event footage, incorporating subtitles, transitions, graphics, and animations.
- Adapt and format edited videos for dissemination on digital platforms, including social media and YouTube.
- Maintain a shared and organized archive of all produced multimedia.
- Produce one horizontal video compiling interviews.
- Produce fifteen short-format vertical videos for Instagram.
- Produce five horizontal institutional videos for YouTube.
Required Experience
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in video editing is required.
- Demonstrated experience in producing audiovisual content for institutional communication, including short-format videos for social media platforms and longer narrative videos for digital dissemination.
- Experience in documenting public events, conferences, workshops, or institutional initiatives, including the recording and editing of interviews.
- Experience working with international organizations, development agencies, or public sector institutions is desirable.
- Knowledge of local context is desirable.
- Experience related to the UN and/or any other international agency is desirable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Film Studies or related fields or additional three (3) years of relevant experience to the post, beyond the requirement.
