Overview
The Staff Health Administrative Assistant will manage the medical reimbursement process for resident staff, ensuring compliance with ICRC standard procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical reimbursement claims for employees and dependents.
- Manage relationships with external health partners.
- Provide administrative support to the Staff Health Team.
- Ensure compliance with ICRC HR and financial procedures.
- Verify medical claims against submitted documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of medical documents.
- Record medical reimbursement data in the database.
- Inform employees of claim rejections and provide reasons.
Required Experience
A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role, including at least one year of experience in medical reimbursement within a similar organization or insurance company.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, with training in a relevant field, preferably in pharmacy, nursing, or medicine.
