Overview
This position is responsible for the assessment, response analysis, and implementation of the education components of a multi-sector project. The role involves coordinating with other project team members and Plan staff to ensure effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessment, response analysis and implementation of the education components of multi-sector project.
- Co-ordinate with other project team members and Plan staff, especially Sexual and reproductive health, youth economic empowerment and other relevant technical sectors.
- Take an active role in technical co-ordination, support and advocacy with the local education clusters and other stakeholders and technical agencies relevant to the sector.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Education and School based multi – sectoral programming.
- Minimum of two successful assignments in a complex crisis.
- Experience in mobilizing and training school teachers and students.
Qualifications
• B.A/B.Sc. degree in Education, Social Studies, Pedagogy, Community Development, Psychology
