Overview
The role provides operational and strategic support for partnerships and engagements within Global Philanthropy, focusing on the smooth execution of activities and managing high-level events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum coordination and operational support to the Deputy Director and Global Philanthropy team.
- Review, quality-check and manage documents for the Deputy.
- Support the drafting of briefs, speeches, talking points, and summaries.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
- Exercise judgement, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Lead end-to-end coordination of high-level events for High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices.
- Support proactive communication within the team and with other offices.
- Conduct research and assist in screening prospects and donors.
- Prepare internal and external presentations.
- Manage files, confidential materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Develop and maintain key planning tools.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience working in administration management and/or team lead/executive support role.
Qualifications
Completed University degree in Political Sciences, Business Management, International Relations, Intercultural Heritage and Identity, Languages and Cultural Mediation or related disciplines.
