Overview

The role provides operational and strategic support for partnerships and engagements within Global Philanthropy, focusing on the smooth execution of activities and managing high-level events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum coordination and operational support to the Deputy Director and Global Philanthropy team.
  • Review, quality-check and manage documents for the Deputy.
  • Support the drafting of briefs, speeches, talking points, and summaries.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
  • Exercise judgement, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of high-level events for High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices.
  • Support proactive communication within the team and with other offices.
  • Conduct research and assist in screening prospects and donors.
  • Prepare internal and external presentations.
  • Manage files, confidential materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Develop and maintain key planning tools.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant experience working in administration management and/or team lead/executive support role.

Qualifications

Completed University degree in Political Sciences, Business Management, International Relations, Intercultural Heritage and Identity, Languages and Cultural Mediation or related disciplines.

Intermediate knowledge of another official UN language would be a plus (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish).
