Overview
Manage the day-to-day operations of WFP’s influencer program, including Goodwill Ambassadors, social media influencers, and content creators. Develop and execute strategic outreach to reinforce organizational objectives and mobilize stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate influencer engagement processes globally.
- Foster relationships with Goodwill Ambassadors, Advocates, High-Level Supporters, celebrities, and digital creators.
- Advise WFP offices on strategic focus for influencer engagement.
- Regularly report and analyse activities for COM and key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain influencer engagement resources.
- Support the development of AI capabilities for GWA relationship management.
- Identify, develop, and steward partnerships with celebrities and influencers.
- Monitor media and entertainment trends and analyse influencer marketing best practices.
- Provide informal reputation risk assessment and strategic input.
- Facilitate processes and systems for influencer acquisition and leveraging.
- Create and organize a skills-sharing and knowledge training program.
- Produce a portfolio of influencer activities with measurement against KPIs.
Required Experience
- At least 6 years postgraduate progressively responsible professional experience.
- Ideally, experience in influencer marketing and engagement.
- Experience working with celebrities and the understanding.
Qualifications
Advanced University degree in Branding, Communications, Marketing or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience and/or trainings/courses.
