Overview

The IT Budget Manager Consultant will ensure the effective and efficient management of resources within the Technology Division, bridging financial management and IT delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support IT delivery by aligning fund release with IT initiative schedules.
  • Oversee financial planning, monitoring, and management of TEC Divisional funding.
  • Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and validation of annual and multi-year budgets for TEC deliverables.
  • Ensure IT budget proposals reflect full lifecycle costs.
  • Manage processes for tracking expenditures and monitoring burn rates.
  • Participate in technical IT discussions for informed resource utilization.
  • Monitor and develop funding and expenditure databases.
  • Lead the implementation of tools and dashboards for real-time financial tracking.
  • Monitor WFP shadow IT via SAP analytics.
  • Support the development and maintenance of IT cost-recovery models.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant working experience with/in: funds management, budgeting, account reconciliation, cash management, financial management / financial analysis / financial reporting related to technology.

Qualifications

University degree in one of the following fields: Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Science, or another related field.
