Overview
The Senior Ethics Officer - Head of Investigation/Prevention will lead the Investigation and/or Prevention Function of the Ethics Office, contributing to the development and enforcement of AIIB’s ethics-related policy framework and promoting ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to the development of the Bank’s ethics policy framework, its implementing rules and guidelines.
- Supervise, conduct, or support fact-finding/investigation into alleged misconduct by AIIB personnel.
- Prepare fact-finding/investigation-related documents and formulate resulting recommendations.
- Promote and help embed ethical standards within AIIB's culture through training and outreach.
- Administer the Bank's financial disclosure program.
- Advise AIIB personnel on conflicts of interest and ethical standards.
- Lead or contribute to the development of the Ethics Office’s case-management system and knowledge management.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably within international organizations.
- Managerial experience, preferably within international organizations.
- Extensive experience in ethics advisory services or misconduct investigations.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in criminal justice and investigation, law (preferably international law, human rights law, or international administrative law), employee relations, organizational psychology, or a related field of study.
