Overview
This opportunity is for the renovation of Cambodia-Japan Friendship Mongkol Borei Referrals Hospital under the Greater Mekong Subregion Border Areas Health Project (GMS-BAHP).
Key Responsibilities
- Renovation of Cambodia-Japan Friendship Mongkol Borei Referrals Hospital.
- Construction period is for twenty-four (24) calendar months.
Required Experience
- Average annual construction turnover over the last three years (2022, 2023, and 2024) shall be at least US$ 12,140,000.00.
- Substantially or successfully completed experience as a prime contractor in the construction of at least Two (2) similar contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works with contract value of not less than US$ 6,070,000.00 each within the last five (5) years prior to the bid submission date (from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2025).
- Similarity of works experience shall include: construction of hospital, poly clinics or health facilities, or medical buildings.
- For Cambodian Bidders: valid registration from the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), and Land Management Urban Planning and Construction (LMUPC), and a valid registration/permit /patent issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
- Bidders with duly audited financial statements by an independent firm, for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023, and 2024) demonstrating soundness of its financial position.
- Bidder's net worth for the last three (3) years calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
