Overview
Support in developing a centralized digital tracking tool for UNODC India to monitor and manage financial requests, aiming to improve operational efficiency and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in mapping existing workflows for financial requests through virtual consultation.
- Identify and document system requirements based on user roles and approval hierarchies.
- Develop a functional design and system architecture for the tracking tool.
- Design and develop a digital platform with request submission interface, automated workflow, status tracking, user access controls, and security features.
- Develop dashboard and reporting features including real-time status display, filtering, report generation, and export functionality.
- Conduct user testing and debugging.
- Prepare user manuals and technical documentation.
- Conduct training for users and support initial implementation and troubleshooting.
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in software development is preferred;
- Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with database management (SQL or equivalent);
- Experience in workflow automation or management information systems;
- Experience developing tracking dashboards or internal management tools;
- Familiarity with Dashboard and reporting tools;
- Prior exposure to workflow automation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, or similar).
