Overview

Support in developing a centralized digital tracking tool for UNODC India to monitor and manage financial requests, aiming to improve operational efficiency and transparency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support in mapping existing workflows for financial requests through virtual consultation.
  • Identify and document system requirements based on user roles and approval hierarchies.
  • Develop a functional design and system architecture for the tracking tool.
  • Design and develop a digital platform with request submission interface, automated workflow, status tracking, user access controls, and security features.
  • Develop dashboard and reporting features including real-time status display, filtering, report generation, and export functionality.
  • Conduct user testing and debugging.
  • Prepare user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Conduct training for users and support initial implementation and troubleshooting.
Required Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in software development is preferred;
  • Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with database management (SQL or equivalent);
  • Experience in workflow automation or management information systems;
  • Experience developing tracking dashboards or internal management tools;
  • Familiarity with Dashboard and reporting tools;
  • Prior exposure to workflow automation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, or similar).
