Overview
The Graphic Design and Communications Intern will contribute to the development and maintenance of client-oriented services within the JPOSC, focusing on graphic design and communication tasks for internal and external assets and knowledge products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and apply UNDP’s employer branding guidelines to communications assets and knowledge products including social media posts, newsletters, posters, brochures, presentations, one-pagers, infographics, motion graphics, and videos.
- Create digital assets for UNDP’s Career Website, TAPP/JPOSC web, and Social Media channels.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and advertising JPO, SDP, and related Young Talent UNDP vacancies.
- Research relevant content and stories for social media platforms and track key performance indicators.
- Support the design of the quarterly bulletin reporting on TAPP / JPOSC news and key statistics.
- Assist in updating the JPO and SDP Database.
- Provide support in data analysis and statistics.
- Conduct research for best practices depending on projects.
- Provide support to ad hoc activities related to the JPO Programme and organizational activities within the team.
- Provide support with the online onboarding process of the JPOs.
Required Experience
• Prior experience working in social media is an asset.
