Overview
Provide administrative and operational support to the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project for timely delivery of its outcomes and outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and timely implementation of project activities.
- Coordinate project operational arrangements through contractual agreements.
- Arrange operations for signing and executing Letters of Agreement.
- Collaborate with government agencies in preparation of financial and administrative reports.
- Undertake day-to-day management of the project budget.
- Ensure reports on expenditures, forecasts, and progress are prepared and submitted.
- Execute actions on operational requirements for personnel, procurement, and disbursements.
- Participate and represent the project in collaborative meetings.
- Ensure issues affecting project delivery are brought to attention.
- Support synthesis and analysis of capacity assessment findings.
- Monitor budgets and carry out variances and forecasting.
- Review financial reports and recommend for releasing instalment requests.
- Review financial reports from operational partners.
- Carry out project budget revisions.
- Assist to provide orientation on the financial management system.
- Report on key data for financial status and outcomes.
Required Experience
• 3 years of relevant experience in planning, project implementation, and management/administration of development programmes including the preparation, and monitoring of development projects and operations procedure.
Qualifications
• High-school diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
