Overview
Supervises all plant operations-related functions within the Bank's Headquarters Campus buildings, ensuring continuous operation of engineering systems and proper environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures continuous, uninterrupted operation of engineering systems and proper environmental conditions.
- Develops and oversees implementation of the annual preventive maintenance program.
- Reviews plans for construction activities, providing quality control for HVAC systems.
- Coordinates with Project Managers and Building Managers on projects.
- Assists in budget development and monitors expenditures.
- Monitors engineering systems and equipment condition and efficiencies.
- Advises communications team of service interruptions.
- Monitors service requests and escalates as needed.
- Maintains a client focus and establishes professional rapport.
- Directs and monitors performance of engineering team staff.
Required Experience
- Fifteen years' experience in the operation and maintenance of physical plants for large office buildings or equivalent facilities with complex engineering/plant operation facilities.
- Two years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 3rd Class DC Steam Engineer's license or equivalent.
