Overview
Support the smooth running of cafeteria, canteen, and event catering activities by coordinating service providers, managing stock and equipment, and monitoring service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event catering management, including operational organisation of receptions and collaboration with service providers.
- Monitor service quality and contribute to business analysis through reports.
- Manage various stocks, anticipating needs and ensuring product quality.
- Manage inbox and coordinate responses.
- Support cafeteria and canteen catering management, including contract management and day-to-day operations.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and compliance with key performance indicators.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and hygiene audits.
Required Experience
- At least two years’ professional experience in the hotel, events or catering sector.
- Experience in stock management, stocktaking and logistics.
- Experience in managing contractors would be an advantage.
Qualifications
• Secondary education, preferably post-secondary, and relevant experience in hospitality, events, catering or a similar field.
