Overview

The Supply Data Specialist will ensure transparent, accurate, and timely supply chain information for WHO, partners, and coordination mechanisms, serving as an analytical and coordination bridge.


Key Responsibilities
  • Track the Egyptian Corridor supply chain from end-to-end.
  • Create pages in dashboards for donor-specific shipment information.
  • Track and report the number of pallets and trucks entering Gaza through the Egyptian Corridor.
  • Support WHO partners and staff in data quality checks.
  • Request weekly pipeline updates from HLWG partners.
  • Consolidate partner submissions and integrate them into the HLWG dashboard.
  • Ensure partner data is displayed accurately and regularly refreshed.
  • Support partners in understanding the data reporting template.
  • Support the establishment of a digital platform for receiving transport support requests.
  • Coordinate with the LCC to ensure timely review of partner requests.
  • Maintain records of decisions made by management.
  • Produce weekly and monthly analytical reports.
  • Provide visualizations and summaries for internal meetings and donor reporting.
  • Respond to ad hoc information requests.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in information management and supply chain analytics, or humanitarian logistics.
  • Experience working with UN agencies, humanitarian partners, or cluster coordination is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards and managing data systems.
  • Understanding of humanitarian supply chains and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work with diverse partners and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a challenging operational environment and within multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of the WHO/UN system context is an asset.
  • Familiarity with WHO/UN rules, procedures, and office practices is desirable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Public Health, or another relevant field.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s) is an asset.

• Volunteer Living Allowance (around USD 1306/Month) • Entry Lump-Sum = USD 350 • Exit Lump-Sum upon completion of contract. • Medical and life Insurance premium/Cigna (100%) and dependents policy. • Access to UNV E-Campus for training and learning including access to LinkedIn learning.
