Overview
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid environments. Provide technical leadership for software configuration, system software, and secure deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid environments
- Provide technical leadership for software configuration, system software, and secure deployment processes
- Drive the development and enforcement of secure access models (RBAC/ABAC), authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA, PAM), and identity governance frameworks
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for complex incidents, system architecture validation, and mentoring of junior engineers
Required Experience
- 3 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Exceptionally, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in designing and managing complex ICT systems with a focus on IAM and hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
- Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC/ABAC models, and modern authentication technologies (SSO, MFA, PAM, Federation)
- Deep technical knowledge of identity platforms and protocols such as Active Directory, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC and LDAP
- Demonstrated commitment to security best practices including Zero Trust and least-privilege principles
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline
