The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for recording and reconciling accounting transactions, examining and recording bank transactions, and setting up receivables for benefits to retirees/beneficiaries.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, administrative services or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to three (3) for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. A minimum of one (1) year of financial or operational working experience in a post-employment benefit plan is desirable. Experience in Integrated Pension Administration System (IPAS) or a similar ERP system is desirable. Experience working with the UN common system or other comparable international organizations is desirable. One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
