Overview
The Programme Associate (KIM and Data Analysis) is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data and reports under the guidance of the RAM Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Help design and combine key programme and operational data sources into one clear and scalable system.
- Analyze distribution and output data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and manage Open Data Kit (Kobo, MODA) forms.
- Support sampling design and data preparation for monitoring, assessments, and surveys.
- Clean, transform, and prepare data.
- Develop and maintain trackers for programme data.
- Design and implement real-time dashboards.
- Train staff and partners to use dashboards and data tools.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Visualization and Reporting or in any other relevant field is preferred.
- Has experience in data analysis, data management, visualization and reporting.
- Has experience utilizing digital data collection tools.
- Advanced level knowledge in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau.
Qualifications
Completion of University Degree (bachelor's or equivalent) is required. Education in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or in any other relevant field is preferable.
