Overview
The consultancy will provide hands-on technical support, knowledge transfer, and documentation to strengthen national digital health initiatives in the Philippines, including OpenHIE-related documents, SOPs, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical review, adaptation, and application of international digital health models, architectures, and governance approaches.
- Close collaboration with national counterparts and partners through on-site, hands-on technical support.
- Compilation, synthesis, and contextualization of country-specific technical documents, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Provision of hands-on technical inputs to drafting, reviewing, and finalizing OpenHIE-related documents.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in health information systems, digital health, or related areas at national and international level.
- Demonstrated comprehensive experience working in advanced digital health settings.
- Proven experience providing technical advice, developing or reviewing technical documents, and working with the government.
Qualifications
- Essential: Master’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Informatics, or another health-related discipline.
- Desirable: PhD in Medicine, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a closely related field.
