Overview
Support case management and reintegration activities for vulnerable migrants and returning Thai nationals. The role involves administrative and logistical assistance to program activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the case management team in providing reintegration assistance to Thai returnees, including organizing case files and follow-up activities.
- Assist in supporting the return process of vulnerable migrants and victims of trafficking, including administrative preparation and coordination.
- Support the documentation and organization of case management-related information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Assist with administrative and logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, or events.
- Support the preparation of basic summaries, tracking tools, or internal updates related to case management activities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
- Less than two years of relevant working experience.
- Previous academic, volunteer, or internship experience related to social services, protection, migration, or case management.
- Interest in counter-trafficking, migrant protection, or reintegration programming.
- Working for non-governmental organizations, international governmental organizations or government institutions.
- Working on the protection and assistance of vulnerable migrant populations.
- Working in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrated capacity to respect diversity.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in communications, social work, international relations, law, development studies, migration studies, or a related field.
