Overview
The Account Manager, Partner Strategy, Financial Services and Real Estate role is responsible for orchestrating strategic relationships with senior executives from Partner companies in the real estate and banking & capital markets industries, acting as a trusted advisor to guide impactful engagement in the Forum’s initiatives and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior partnership sponsors.
- Develop industry and company intelligence, producing executive briefings and insights.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align partner priorities with the Forum’s mission and global agenda.
- Identify and orchestrate executive engagement opportunities.
- Continuously assess partnership health, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation of Partner updates and engagement in Salesforce.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Forum’s Centres and regional teams.
- Contribute to the professionalization of account management through knowledge sharing, process improvement, and adoption of digital tools.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in account management, consulting, or client-facing roles, ideally within financial services and/or real estate.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives (C-suite level) on strategic topics.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and aligning cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
