Overview
Support the coordination and administration of WHO/Europe’s network of national focal points for Child and Adolescent Health (CAH) and for Health Promoting Schools (HPS).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and organization of virtual meetings.
- Maintain and regularly update distribution lists, contact databases, and attendance registers.
- Draft meeting minutes and action points.
- Assist with routine correspondence with national focal points.
- Support the consolidation and organization of documents in shared folders.
- Provide simple administrative support for webinars or online workshops.
- Provide basic Russian‑language support for short written materials.
Required Experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in supporting online meetings (e.g., Zoom, Teams) is an asset.
- Ability to take clear, structured meeting minutes.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Russian to support simple translation of communication materials and short documents.
- Experience with maintaining contact lists or simple databases.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience with international organizations or network coordination is an advantage but not required.
