Overview
Design user experiences and interfaces for digital fundraising platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and conversion objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document user journeys for fundraising flows.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-quality UI components and contribute to design systems.
- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement UX improvements.
- Review and validate front-end implementations.
- Produce UX documentation.
Required Experience
- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX design for complex digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-conversion transactional journeys, preferably in fundraising, e-commerce, or membership contexts.
- Strong experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma or equivalent).
- Experience working with developers and within CMS-driven environments, ideally Drupal and Webflow.
- Proven understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience in international, multilingual, or multicultural digital environments (desirable).
- Experience working with or for non-profit or UN system organizations (desirable).
- Familiarity with analytics-informed UX optimization (desirable).
- Experience designing Arabic and RTL interfaces (desirable).
- Knowledge of digital fundraising or donor journeys (desirable).
- Knowledge of Arabic-speaking audiences and culturally relevant engagement habits (desirable).
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in design, human-computer interaction, digital media, or a related discipline.
