Consultant to support the Asia-Pacific Regional Mobility Lead in delivering activities related to electric mobility and gender, focusing on projects funded by BMZ and GEF.
At least 5 years of experience working on sustainable transport, electric mobility, and/or gender is required. Proven expertise in sustainable transport projects within Asia-Pacific is required. Solid understanding of electric mobility technologies, trends, and policy frameworks is required. Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, technical writing, presentation, and effective communication are required. Familiarity with national and international development frameworks, including experience with donor-funded projects is desirable. Proven experience in event planning and logistics is desirable. Prior experience working with an international organization or government agency is desirable. Strong knowledge of gender mainstreaming in development and transport contexts is desirable.
An advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent) in gender studies, sustainable transport, urban planning, or related fields. A first level degree with an additional 2 years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
