Overview
Support Senior Management in the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programs, and assist in the overall management of the office’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of strategic plans, work plans, and program initiatives.
- Conduct background research, gather data, and prepare briefs and presentations for Senior Management.
- Support in day-to-day implementation of projects, helping to monitor and reporting project progress.
- Support the preparation of donor brochures and other internal reporting.
- Assist in drafting of communications materials, including internal memos, and internal newsletters.
- Help organize & coordinate meetings, workshops, including preparing agendas, minutes & action points.
- Support admin/other activities as seen relevant and needed.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree - 1 year(s) experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent studies; or
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree; or
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree; or
- Have graduated no longer than 1 year ago from a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent studies.
- Field of study: International Relations, Development Studies, Political Science, Public Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge and a proficient user of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms.
