Overview
The intern will support video and communications work, producing video/design products and assisting with communications tasks under the guidance of the Innovation and Communications Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Produces various types of video/design products including short videos for social media, project videos, and simple motion graphic design.
- Supports video shooting/photographing for offline events.
- Organizes UNDP China’s video/photo library.
- Supports communications work by offering creative solutions with video/design products.
- Manages live-streaming for events and collects data.
- Drafts content and makes layout for social media articles and posts.
- Drafts media summary, communications reports and related documents.
- Carries out other ad hoc task forces requested by the supervisor.
Required Experience
• Relevant and independent work experience in video editing, video shooting, design, media event or social media campaign.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme (such as a master’s programme, or higher);
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
- Have recently graduated with a university degree (as defined in (a) and (b) above) and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation;
- Be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program and undertake the internship as part of this program.
- Major in video editing, film, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
