Overview

Design, implement, and govern a secure, resilient, and cost-effective hybrid infrastructure centered on Microsoft technologies, including Linux systems. This role manages the lifecycle of Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the target-state architecture for a hybrid Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Oversee and define solution designs for identity, access, storage, and compute.
  • Develop reference architectures and standards for Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
  • Deploy and optimize Hyper V–based virtualization.
  • Administer VMware virtual machines and optimize Microsoft licensing.
  • Plan and execute server lifecycle management.
  • Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, policy, RBAC, and tagging.
  • Define and apply backup and recovery procedures.
  • Provide end-to-end administration and operational oversight of Microsoft 365.
  • Manage Entra ID, conditional access, identity protection, MFA, SSO, privileged identity management (PIM).
  • Establish device compliance and configuration policies.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for incidents and problems.
  • Mentor and enable the IT Support team.
  • Participate in calls for tender, and change advisory processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, inventories, topology maps, and SOPs.
  • Establish governance for resource naming, tagging, cost allocation, backup, and data retention.
Required Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, ADFS, AD Certificate Services, file/print services.
  • At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment.
Qualifications

• A university degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.

Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Remuneration
Monthly salary starts at 6 838.10 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
