Overview

Develop and implement the Organisation’s space management strategy and innovative space management concepts. Lead a team of office space and logistics experts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement space management strategies.
  • Propose office space allocation and new space allocation concepts.
  • Conceptualize and re-design space for office allocation and move projects.
  • Be owner of floor area data and provide annual reports.
  • Monitor and report on space use.
  • Provide services for conference room set-up and adaptation.
  • Manage and maintain a CAD database using AutoCAD.
  • Lead improvement of space management processes.
  • Manage link of Autocad data with IWMS tools.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve strategic supplier and contractor relationships.
  • Supervise internal team and external contractors.
  • Engage in market consultations and tenders.
  • Assist in budget management.
  • Facilitate updating and reporting on physical furniture inventories.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators.
Required Experience
  • At least eight years’ professional experience in space planning and operations.
  • Proven experience in managing operational teams and supervising outsourced contractors.
  • Experience with inventory, contracts and budget management.
  • Experience in the field of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment would be an advantage.
  • Be at ease with French space definitions such as SUN, SUB, SUBL etc.
Qualifications

An advanced university degree in architecture, engineering, space planning, or another relevant field.

Excellent command of French language.
Languages Preferred
Fluency in English will also be appreciated with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.

Remuneration
Monthly salary starts at 9 401.97 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
