Overview

Provide technical and administrative support for facility services within the IEA, liaising with stakeholders and providers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise technical contractors, plan and coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensure quality control using CMMS, and undertake inspections.
  • Complete health and safety risk assessments, inspect works in progress, and brief officials on safety matters.
  • Participate in procurement processes, prepare work orders and contracts, and assist in updating the CBS SharePoint site.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities or Buildings’ related activities.
  • Supervising external contractors.
  • Some experience in procurement (public or private call for tenders, technical specifications).
Qualifications

• Post-Secondary school diploma of technical studies (BTS in France) in Facilities, Buildings, Electricity, HVAC, Electronics, Audio-visual, or a similar field.

Languages Required
Fluency in one of the two official languages of the OECD (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.

Remuneration
Monthly salary starts at 3,878.08 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
