Overview
Provide technical and administrative support for facility services within the IEA, liaising with stakeholders and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technical contractors, plan and coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensure quality control using CMMS, and undertake inspections.
- Complete health and safety risk assessments, inspect works in progress, and brief officials on safety matters.
- Participate in procurement processes, prepare work orders and contracts, and assist in updating the CBS SharePoint site.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities or Buildings’ related activities.
- Supervising external contractors.
- Some experience in procurement (public or private call for tenders, technical specifications).
Qualifications
• Post-Secondary school diploma of technical studies (BTS in France) in Facilities, Buildings, Electricity, HVAC, Electronics, Audio-visual, or a similar field.
