Overview
Support the implementation of the Green Generation Initiative program in the targeted area, focusing on expanding interventions to the surrounding community and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Program Coordinator in implementing all activities.
- Involved in developing the project workplan.
- Working closely with partners in the targeted school and community.
- Organize, mobilize, and facilitate training, workshop, or other events.
- Coordinate with local government authorities and other organizations.
- Report directly to the Program Coordinator.
- Ensure project activities are implemented according to the agreed detailed implementation plan.
- Maintain effective relationships with government and non-government stakeholders.
- Regularly collect data according to the project monitoring and evaluation plan.
- Ensure child safeguarding policy is understood and implemented.
- Develop a monthly basis report.
- Conduct regular visits to program implementation areas, gather learning and feedback.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a program related to facilitating children or students.
- Experience working with an international NGO or similar organization.
- Experience in both the private and non-profit sector on circular economy principles and their application across Indonesia will be an advantage.
- Experience of working in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, including social science, environment, natural resources management/sustainability.
