Ensure the successful execution of all welding and structural metal works required for the installation of 12 kWp solar PV hybrid power supply systems. This includes fabricating and installing durable frames and brackets for rooftop solar PV panel support.
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with a recognized organization or company engaged in welding metal work required. Experience working at height and on elevated structures in compliance with safety standards required. Proven ability to work effectively in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals required. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of hand tools and electrical equipment relevant Welding / solar PV installation required. Local certification in welding or metal work is desirable. Formal training in welding or metal work is desirable.
