Overview
The incumbent will provide administrative assistance and participate in the development of digital solutions, offering ongoing support, overseeing procurement, and acting as a contact for staff management. The role also supports automation and digitalization initiatives and organizes training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information to support drafting documents and reports.
- Respond to client queries and escalate as needed.
- Manage routine administrative and financial tasks.
- Manage TEC Procurement activities.
- Maintain standard systems and files for accurate information.
- Report discrepancies in data and support data integrity.
- Guide junior colleagues on routine business support.
- Collaborate with staff and build efficient process solutions.
- Maintain IT systems documentation and perform testing.
- Assist with IT installation, configuration, and support.
- Undertake other tasks as required.
Required Experience
At least Four (4) years of work experience in the relative business stream with experience in general administrative work and IT solutions development.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school education or University degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or other relevant fields.
