Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to support the Private Sector Partnerships team in Athens, Greece, by assisting with donor communication, database management, and administrative tasks related to face-to-face fundraising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
  • - Support the team with phone/email/mailing communication with donors acquired in F2F campaigns;
  • - Clear and organize the F2F donor segment of the CRM database;
  • - Follow-up on requests and manage applications from F2F agents;
  • - Support communication with F2F suppliers, material stock/distribution management, and visibility items;
  • - Assist with database refinements for digital F2F activities;
  • - Research content and creatives for F2F activities;
  • - Support archiving of F2F materials;
  • - Support the PSP Greece team in organizing meetings and events;
  • - Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • - Be a recent graduate (completed studies within two years of applying) or current student in a graduate/undergraduate program for a university or higher education facility accredited by UNESCO in areas such as international relations, marketing & communications, law, economics, etc.;
  • - Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of the Organization.

Contract Duration
6 months, with a possibility of extension up to a total period of 8 months.
Work Modality
The successful candidate will be based with the team in UNHCR’s office in Athens, Greece with the possibility of teleworking from home.
Remuneration
This is a paid internship as per UNHCR policy.
