Overview

The Supply Data Specialist will track supply chain information, manage partner pipelines, support a request platform, and produce analytical reports to strengthen health data management and digital health tools.


Key Responsibilities
  • - Track the supply chain end-to-end by consolidating and visualizing WHO and partner supply monitoring datasets.
  • - Create dashboard pages for donor-specific shipment information and incoming supplies.
  • - Track and report the number of pallets and trucks entering Gaza.
  • - Support data quality checks related to stock management and transport.
  • - Request weekly pipeline updates from HLWG partners and consolidate them into the HLWG dashboard.
  • - Ensure partner data is displayed accurately and refreshed regularly.
  • - Support partners in understanding the data reporting template and resolving discrepancies.
  • - Support the establishment of a digital platform for receiving transport support requests.
  • - Coordinate with the Logistics Coordination Cell for request review, approval, and prioritization.
  • - Maintain records of decisions made by management.
  • - Produce weekly and monthly analytical reports.
  • - Provide visualizations and summaries for internal meetings and donor reporting.
  • - Respond to ad hoc information requests.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information management and, supply chain analytics, or humanitarian logistics.
  • Experience working with UN agencies, humanitarian partners, or cluster coordination is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards and managing data systems.
  • Understanding of humanitarian supply chains and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work with diverse partners and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a challenging operational environment and within multicultural teams of national and international personnel.
  • Knowledge of the WHO/UN system context, including coordination and emergency settings, is an asset.
  • Familiarity with WHO/UN rules, procedures, and office practices is desirable.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Public Health, or another relevant field.

Remuneration
A Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) of 9400 ILS is provided monthly to cover housing, utilities, and normal cost of living expenses. Life, health, and permanent disability insurance are included (health insurance for up to 3 dependents), as well as Exit allowance for satisfactory service.
