Overview

Support UNAIDS in highlighting, curating, and promoting useful Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams features to help staff work more effectively and confidently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and curate recent or under utilized productivity features within Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Support internal awareness and promotion of these features among UNAIDS staff.
  • Prepare short, user friendly explanations of selected features.
  • Assist in developing lightweight content such as “Feature of the week” summaries, short tips or “did you know?” messages, and simple visuals.
  • Support engagement activities such as short posts or messages for internal collaboration platforms.
  • Collect informal feedback from staff on which features are most useful.
  • Perform other related tasks as agreed, aligned with Microsoft 365 and Teams adoption objectives.
Required Experience
  • Practical familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to explain features and benefits clearly to non technical users.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
  • User oriented and practical mindset.
  • Experience supporting user adoption, communications, training, or digital engagement is an advantage.
  • Prior experience with the UN system is an asset but not required.
Qualifications

• Background or studies in information technology, communications, digital transformation, knowledge management, or a related field is desirable.
