Supports the relevant section by performing a variety of procedural, administrative, and operational duties. Contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the country programme, helping to ensure its timely and effective delivery.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in administrative or clerical roles is required, including relevant experience in areas such as administration, programme or office administration, contract administration, procurement support, vendor management, travel coordination, records management, financial operations, project coordination, event coordination, clerical work, and other related fields. Skills in office management, administrative policies and procedures, organizational, planning and prioritization, as well as Excel proficiency, are essential for the role. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is an asset.
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization. Technical or university-level courses relevant to the role are considered an asset.
