Overview
The Integration Facilitator will support the integration of third-country nationals into Greek society through various activities and provide information and support to beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and enroll eligible beneficiaries in the project.
- Monitor beneficiary integration through individual sessions.
- Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life.
- Organize psychosocial support sessions.
- Provide information on social welfare rights, housing, healthcare, and education.
- Refer cases needing specialized support.
- Coordinate with project units, actors, and authorities.
- Evaluate requests for exemption from language courses.
- Ensure accurate data entry and archiving.
- Coordinate with RIS and stakeholders, visit Reception Facilities for information sessions and enrollment.
- Assist beneficiaries with apartment search and administrative pre-requirements.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Required Experience
- Minimum three years of work experience.
- For Social Workers and Psychologists, a professional license is required.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with at least five years driving experience an advantage.
Qualifications
- University degree in psychology, social work or any other related field from an accredited academic institution.
- Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage.
