Overview

The Integration Facilitator will support the integration of third-country nationals into Greek society through various activities and provide information and support to beneficiaries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and enroll eligible beneficiaries in the project.
  • Monitor beneficiary integration through individual sessions.
  • Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life.
  • Organize psychosocial support sessions.
  • Provide information on social welfare rights, housing, healthcare, and education.
  • Refer cases needing specialized support.
  • Coordinate with project units, actors, and authorities.
  • Evaluate requests for exemption from language courses.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and archiving.
  • Coordinate with RIS and stakeholders, visit Reception Facilities for information sessions and enrollment.
  • Assist beneficiaries with apartment search and administrative pre-requirements.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Required Experience
  • Minimum three years of work experience.
  • For Social Workers and Psychologists, a professional license is required.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least five years driving experience an advantage.
Qualifications
  • University degree in psychology, social work or any other related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage.
