Overview
Provide administrative and analytical statistical support to portfolio management and project administration activities in selected sectors. Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation and monitoring of project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate in preparation and updating of Project Administration Manual (PAM).
- Help prepare and contribute in the updating of individual Project Performance Reports (PPRs) for loans and participate in departmental PPR meetings.
- Coordinate the compilation of data and statistics on contract awards and disbursements for assigned projects and help monitor and analyze actual awards and disbursements against targets.
- Maintain records to monitor compliance with project and technical assistance (TA) covenants and help monitor physical progress in projects/TA implementation.
- Support following-up on outstanding obligations of executing agencies and inputs data on the status of such compliance into the resident mission (RM) database.
- Help update procurement (including consultant recruitment), preparing/review of data input for Procurement Contract Summary Sheet (PCSS) to update the Loan Financial Information System (LFIS).
- Help monitor progress of projects, follow up submission of project reports, financial statements, and maintain computer-based information system.
- Participate in various missions as required and provide independent support and perform other tasks as assigned and reflected in your workplan.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure sector (urban, transport ,energy, agriculture, food, nature, rural development), safeguards, procurement, public sector management and governance, financial sector; experience in international agencies will be preferred. Experience in the various stages of the project cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, planning or relevant fields.
