Provide administrative support to programme coordination and project implementation activities, including liaising with organisational units, processing administrative actions, and supporting the localization of eLearning modules.
A minimum of five (5) years of working experience in general office support, administrative services, programme/project administration, technical cooperation support or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to three (3) for candidates who possess a first level university degree or higher. Previous work experience using an Enterprise Resources Planning system (ERP) is required. Work experience with a SAP platform, such as Umoja, including the Integrated Planning Management and reporting system (IPMR), is desirable. Work experience within the United Nations system and/or a similar international Organization is desirable. Work experience with localization processes of eLearning modules, using tools such as SDL Trados Studio, Articulate, Rise is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
