Overview
Leads a team responsible for the design and implementation of SRGBV prevention activities and provides technical direction on SRGBV, safeguarding, social inclusion, and climate related protection aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads a small technical and implementation team responsible for the design and implementation of SRGBV prevention activities across targeted counties.
- Provides technical direction across the programme on SRGBV, safeguarding, social inclusion and climate related protection aspects.
- Lead gender analyses, assessments, baseline studies, and social inclusion diagnostics.
- Contribute to learning documents, case studies, success stories, and knowledge products.
- Promote adaptive learning using evidence from monitoring and research to refine gender strategies.
- Responsible for ensuring that GBV prevention, response and SRGBV reporting mechanisms align with Ministry of Education, and other related ministries e.g. gender, policies and international standards.
- Oversees capacity building of partners and staff on SRGBV related matters
