Overview
Provides programme implementation support to UNESCO Myanmar Projects, specifically the System Capacity Grant (SCG) and System Transformation Grant (STG). The role involves administrative and operational support for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in procurement, recruitment and logistics activities.
- Monitor project execution via regular reporting on project-related commitments and expenditures.
- Compile and maintain data and project files.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of finance and budget rules, regulations and procedures.
- Identify operational risks and propose corrective steps.
- Perform technical and procedural duties related to finance/budget, logistics and HR operations.
- Assist in disseminating information and contribute to effective communication on project implementation.
Required Experience
Minimum eight (8) years of work experience in integrated service execution and comprehensive process support preferably in an international environment.
Qualifications
Completed secondary education and/or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration, finance, accounting, computer science, management or related areas.
