Overview
The Senior Digital Impact Associate supports UNICEF Comoros’ ICT and digital operations by providing specialized technical services. The role contributes to the testing, implementation, and maintenance of ICT systems and digital/data solutions that support programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports UNICEF Comoros’ ICT and digital operations.
- Provides specialized technical services, including desktop and server administration, hardware and software management, and systems support.
- Contributes to the testing, implementation, and maintenance of ICT systems and digital/data solutions that support programme delivery.
Required Experience
- Minimum seven years of practical work experience in information technology, requiring systematic methods of troubleshooting and problem solving is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in information communication technology for development (ICT4D) is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is considered an asset.
Qualifications
- Completed Secondary Education is required.
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience.
- A master’s degree may replace an additional two years.
- Courses or certifications in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, ICT Management, or Digital Development are considered an asset.
