Overview
The main objective of this consultancy is to improve the management of knowledge and information within the office, ensuring coherent and efficient processes that contribute to more informed decision-making and strengthened operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update a project implementation tracker monthly, including progress summaries on completed activities, outputs, and pending actions.
- Organize and document at least 10 coordination or technical meetings/workshops, providing agendas, participant lists, and action notes within 5 working days after each event.
- Establish a structured digital filing system with 100% of project documentation uploaded and categorized by thematic area by month 3, and maintained throughout the contract.
- Develop at least 3 communication or knowledge materials showcasing project results, lessons learned, or partner contributions by month 10.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in knowledge management, SOP development, or process improvement.
- Experience working with international organizations, particularly in health systems or humanitarian settings.
- Experience working with WHO or other UN agencies (desirable).
- Experience working in Ukraine or with similar country offices (desirable).
Qualifications
First-university degree in information management, social science public health, business administration, or related field.
