Overview

The Content & Campaign Associate will assist in the production of fundraising content and information to engage and retain donors, under the supervision of the Marketing Services Officer.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research, synthesize and compile data for campaigns, reports, and creative pieces.
  • Organize and maintain project status registers.
  • Gather content from country programme activities and develop localized materials.
  • Maintain an archive of fundraising materials.
  • Provide technical support for the production of fundraising materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with programmatic and PSFR officers.
  • Analyze and adapt information from reports for content needs.
  • Assist in the generation of content strategy and support transversal campaigns.
  • Curate content generated by third parties and maintain the content repository.
  • Improve the design and layout of donor annual report direct marketing pieces.
  • Coordinate the production of interviews and audiovisual materials.
Required Experience
  • 6 years of progressively responsible work experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues and/or institutional fundraising and/or content marketing for social organizations.
  • A bachelor’s degree may replace three years of related work experience.
  • A master’s degree may replace an additional two years.
Qualifications
  • Completion of Secondary School is required.
  • Technical and/or University level courses in marketing, content marketing, international relations, political sciences, communication, or any other related field of discipline relevant to the job is an asset.
