Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide communications, operations, and administrative support services to enhance the smooth running of the supervisor’s day-to-day activities. The role involves representing the supervisor in initiating, following up on, and resolving administrative requests.

Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of executive support or administrative work.
- Three (3) years and an additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for candidates holding a bachelor's and master's degree, respectively.
- Desirables: Experience working with the UN, especially if working directly with representatives or country coordinators.
- Desirables: Previous experience with SAP (VISION) or similar ERPs.
- Desirables: Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
• Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
