Overview

The SaaS Technical Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day technical administration and management of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions provided to the Organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manages the integration of SaaS or workflow solutions in the information system.
  • Participates in SaaS solution selection and performs risk assessment.
  • Manages the design, development, implementation, and configuration of new workflows.
  • Integrates solutions through API management and dataflow implementation.
  • Collaborates with project managers, business analysts, data managers, and infrastructure specialists.
  • Acts as the technical administrator for SaaS solutions.
  • Responsible for 3rd level support and coordination with external/internal support.
  • Coordinates application maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Establishes and maintains a catalog of SaaS solutions.
  • Participates in periodic reviews of SaaS solutions.
  • Participates in global operation support activities.
  • Defines and implements monitoring of SaaS solutions.
  • Manages incidents related to SaaS solutions.
  • Participates in incident and KPI reviews.
  • Develops and maintains automated tests for service availability and security.
Required Experience
  • At least 4 years' experience troubleshooting SaaS services.
  • Or at least 2 years of experience supporting SaaS solutions in Cloud services like Azure or AWS.
  • Or at least 2 years' experience designing, installing, and configuring, SaaS solutions.
  • A significant experience in IT operation/production.
  • A relevant experience in workflow design, implementation, and management.
  • An experience in the following solutions will be highly regarded: Boomi, Sharepoint, TalentSoft, Service Now, Time Control, and Notilus.
  • Experience in managing API through a programming language will be appreciated.
Qualifications
  • Three-to-four years' education at a university or other specialized higher education establishment in IT or computer sciences.
  • ITIL certification.

Languages Required
• Fluency in English is required.
Languages Preferred
• Fluency in French would be desirable. • Working knowledge in any of the other official language of the Organization (Spanish or Arabic) would be an asset.
