Overview
Provide planning and design outputs related to UN-Habitat technical support in Eswatini.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare materials for strengthening the drafting of the Eco City Masterplan in Eswatini.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience in drawing and preparing plan graphical material using computer assisted design tools, with special attention to data management and processing with GIS software is required.
- Good hand drawing / sketching of macro-scale plans is desirable.
- Good analytic and design skills in citywide planning and design is desirable.
Qualifications
- Minimum advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Architecture, Urban Planning and Design is a requirement, or related field that is relevant for sustainable urban development.
- A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
