Overview

The role supports the implementation of the country office's research, monitoring, and evaluation (RME) strategy and planning. The incumbent will support data collection, field activity monitoring, and regular information reporting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collect prices of food and non-food items in shops to monitor price evolution, report discrepancies, and product availability.
  • Monitor planned food and CBT distributions in Tadjourah and Obock, identifying and reporting any issues.
  • Monitor the performance of health centers in Tadjourah and Obock, reporting observed problems.
  • Manage the complaints mechanism (CFM) and report beneficiary and partner feedback.
  • Liaise with internal counterparts for effective collaboration and monitor ongoing projects.
  • Support the RME team in organizing training and workshops.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
Required Experience

At least four years of progressive experience in monitoring, research, or evaluations.

Qualifications

Secondary school leaving certificate.

• Fluency in written and spoken French. • Good knowledge of the local language is required.
