Overview
The incumbent will prepare weekly situation reports, manage Cash-for-Work activities, and oversee office operational and project budgets. The role involves managing procurement, maintaining inventory, and compiling statistical data.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares weekly situation reports for the Jerusalem area.
- Manages all Cash-for-Work (CfW) related to Jerusalem Area activities.
- Prepares quarterly reports summarizing accomplishments across all units.
- Manages office operational budget and assigned project budget estimates.
- Manages procurement activities.
- Compiles and analyzes statistical data related to departmental activities.
- Manages and oversees a team of administrative and general services assistants.
- Establishes guarding schedules and oversees their implementation.
Required Experience
At least three years of experience in administrative work, human resources and / or office management is required.
Qualifications
A first university degree from an accredited educational institution in business administration, finance, procurement or related field.
